Rapid CNC is a family-owned business based in Green Bay, Wisconsin, dedicated to creating durable, precise storage solutions for machinists across the country. What began as a simple idea to solve a daily shop frustration has grown into a trusted brand known for quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design.
Rapid CNC started back in 2002 when original founder Dave Neuhaus opened a small job shop. During his day-to-day machining work, he found himself constantly digging through multiple collets just to find the one he needed. There was nothing on the market that made organization simple — nothing labeled, nothing consistent, nothing built for real machinists.
So he made his own. That first collet rack became the foundation for a full line of tool organizers designed to keep shops clean, efficient, and running smoothly.
In July of 2025, Joshua and Margaret Hanna Nimmer purchased the business from Dave, carrying forward his commitment to quality and practical engineering. Josh is a machinist himself, so he understands exactly what a busy shop needs. Margaret brings strong organizational and business insight to support the growth and stability of Rapid CNC.
Together, they continue building every product inside their Green Bay garage workshop. The hands-on approach allows them to maintain the craftsmanship, precision, and consistency that machinists expect from the Rapid CNC name.
