Meet and greet- I welcome meet and greets to ensure we are the right fit for each other. Meet and greets last 15 minutes and can occur virtually or in person.
Our first official session is the diagnostic assessment. This session consists of information gathering utilized to assess behavior and mental status, this information helps determine a diagnosis for the client.
The treatment planning session consists of collaborating to create long term and short-term goals. Goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound (SMART).
Sessions now focus on rapport building and goal achievement. We engage in creative interventions to fulfill client goals. Duration of sessions is determined by client needs.
Discharge is the goal! Though bittersweet when discharge occurs, we PARTY to celebrate youth growth and healing.
